Sean Hannity Sends Cryptic Tweet That Leaves Followers Guessing

Popular Fox News host Sean Hannity has some big news coming out. In a tweet delivered yesterday, Hannity declared that he would “expose” some of Big Media’s biggest players very soon in circumstances worthy of an #EpicFail hashtag. This can’t be good news for an industry knee-deep in credibility problems as it is.

While Hannity didn’t hint at the nature of the exposé, it will surely aim to embarrass Fox’s main rivals. He has a reputation for hard-hitting stories targeting liberal and Democratic causes, and has been at the forefront of the developing Uranium One scandal. His anti-Clinton monologues (including Uranium One) have become somewhat legendary to conservatives, often stretching out past 10 minutes and including ironclad reasoning in the thesis. As such, Hannity has become one of the left’s most demonized antagonists.

Most recently, Hannity caused a stir by questioning the motives behind the Seth Rich murder before backing down due to pressure from Rich’s family. Seth Conrad Rich was a Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer who was fatally shot in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of Washington, D.C. in 2016.

Rich was largely believed to be the source behind the embarrassing Wikileaks document that played a big part in torpedoing Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential run. No concrete motive for his death was ever found. (Source: “Sean Hannity says he will drop the Seth Rich conspiracy theory and stay at Fox News,” The Washington Post, May 23, 2017.)

Hannity Has a Broad Audience

Sean Hannity’s upcoming exposé promises to have a ripple effect in the national media. As America’s preeminent conservative news analyst and commentator, Hannity has a broad reach. His monologues and interviews are frequently picked up by the right’s biggest media outlets, including Breitbart News.

As of today, Hannity has 3.19 million Twitter followers he can reach with just a few keystrokes. He also owns his own mini-media empire, controlling Hannity.com, and features a vast selection of conservative-centric news from throughout the globe. The web site generates upward of one million views monthly.

And of course, Sean Hannity dominates cable news commentary from all political spectrums. In October 2017, ratings released by Nielsen revealed that Hannity pulled in 3.2-million total viewers in his prime time slot on Fox News. That was well ahead of associate Tucker Carlson, who took second place with 2.8-million viewers.

More importantly, Hannity was miles ahead of left-leaning Rachel Maddow (MSNBC), who landed in third place overall with 2.5-million total viewers. In a nutshell, more Americans receive their political punditry from Sean Hannity than any other source. Verdict

We have no idea what Sean Hannity will reveal next week. But, based on his history of delivering hard-hitting political commentary, we’re certain it will be eventful.
